PURPOSE: The area archives committee deepens our gratitude for AA by collecting, preserving, and sharing the heritage of AA in the mountain state.

To submit material for inclusion in the area archives or to request the area archivist to set up a display at an event, email archives@aawv.org.

Examples of items that may be included in the archives include:

  • Event flyers

  • Event memorabelia

  • Correspondence records

  • Meeting minutes

  • Photographs

  • Grapevines with articles specific to Area 73

  • News articles


Note on anonymity: When exhibiting in venues that might be viewed by the public, the archivist will limit the display to only those items that are in keeping with the AA principle of anonymity.
