Purpose

The area archives committee deepens our gratitude for A.A. by collecting, preserving, and sharing the heritage of A.A. in the mountain state.

Archives requests & submissions:

To submit material for inclusion in the area archives or to request an archives display at an event, email archives@aawv.org.

Examples of items that may be included in the archives include:

  • Event flyers

  • Event memorabelia

  • Correspondence records

  • Meeting minutes

  • Photographs

  • Grapevines with articles specific to Area 73

  • News articles

 

Note on anonymity: When exhibiting in venues that might be viewed by the public, the archivist will limit the display to only those items that are in keeping with the A.A. principle of anonymity.
